May 30, 2003: Last Day to make Initial Distribution to Class 4 Beneficiaries (ATS Stockholders as of the close of business on March 31, 2003)

May 14, 2003: Last Day for claimants to oppose certain claim objections filed by ATS

May 15, 2003: Last Day for claimants to oppose certain claim objections filed by ATS

May 21, 2003: Last Day to submit overbids on assets being sold to Smith & Nephew, or overbidder

May 28, 2003: 9:30 a.m. auction on sale (if necessary) of assets being sold to Smith & Nephew, or overbidder; 10:30 a.m. Hearing on Sale

May 30, 2003: Last Day to oppose to claim objections to certain employee claims
Last Day for Trustee to Object to Claims

June 12, 2003: 10:00 a.m. Hearing on Final Fee Applications of Professionals.

September 29, 2003: Last Day to Dissolve Corporate Entities of ATS and its related entities

May 30, 2004: Last Day to make Subsequent Distribution to Class 4 Beneficiaries (Trustee to make subsequent distributions not less than once every 12 months provided that an aggregate amount of $250K is available for distribution, and no Class 4 Beneficiary shall receive a distribution unless and until it is entitled to receive at least $200 ).

March 31, 2008: Termination of ATS Liquidation Trust, unless extended by Bankruptcy Court. Upon termination all assets distributed to all creditors and Class 4 Beneficiaries.
