Tax Information for 2006

In January 2007, the Trustee of the ATS Liquidating Trust mailed a Grantor Tax Letter to owners of record of beneficial interests in the ATS Liquidating Trust. Those interest holders who held their shares of Advanced Tissue Sciences in street name will not receive such a letter directly from the Trust. However the cover letter and a sample letter are posted on this page. The sample letter contains the necessary financial information for holders to calculate their allocable share of the Trust’s income and expenses for tax filing purposes.
